Irrespective of the brand of wireless router, its default internal IP address should be provided in the router's manual or be available on the
manufacturer's website. Private LAN IP addresses are fixed once they are configured and can be viewed from the wirless router's configurtion
console. The external WAN IP address of a wireless router is allocated dynamically and is set when the router connects to your Internet
Service Provider. This IP address can also be viewed from the wireless router's configuration console.
To verify which IP address will work with your wireless router, just enter the IP address above for your brand of router into your web browser
and press enter. If you see the configuration console web page for your wireless router, then the internal IP address is the one your
entered. If not, try another IP address if there is more than one IP shown for that brand model. If none of the IP addresses work, then
visit the manufacturer's website and look for support on your brand of wireless router.
